Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy for Gummy Lab

1. Cancelling an Order

You have the option to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return based on our Return and Refund Policy.

To Cancel an Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gummylab.com.au with your order number and cancellation request.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you can follow our return process once your order arrives.

2. Subscription-Based Purchases (If Applicable)

If you have signed up for a subscription service (e.g., for recurring products or services), please note the following:

Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account or contact us directly at info@gummylab.com.au to request the cancellation.

Please review the terms of your specific subscription service, as certain products or services may have additional cancellation guidelines.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

For Canceled Orders Before Shipment:

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For Subscription Cancellations:

If you cancel a subscription, you will not be charged for the following cycle. Any payments made before the cancellation are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the subscription terms.

If a subscription includes a free trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified (e.g., changing the shipping address, product selection, or shipping method) unless the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Non-Cancelable or Non-Refundable Purchases
