Refund policy

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on items that are unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of the date you received the item.

We do not accept returns on opened goods, clearance items, gift cards, or any other non-returnable goods.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were received and should include any original tags, labels, or packaging.

Return Process: To return an item, please contact us at info@gummylab.com.au with your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: If your return meets the requirements above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any damaged or defective product, including shipping costs, at no extra charge. Please include a photo of the damage or defect with your return request.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you may still return it for a refund following our return policy.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
